Система Раннего Предупреждения О Снижении Финансовой Устойчивости Предприятия На Основе Ключевых Показателей Эффективности (Kpi)

Abstract

В статье представлена концепция системы раннего предупреждения (СРП) о снижении финансовойустойчивости предприятия, основанной на интеграции ключевых показателей эффективности (KPI). Актуальностьразработки обусловлена необходимостью проактивного управления финансовыми рисками в условияхмакроэкономической нестабильности и отраслевой волатильности. Проведён анализ теоретических подходов кСРП, включая модели Альтмана, Бивера и Таффлера, а также современные исследования, направленные наиспользование цифровых платформ и аналитических систем.Особое внимание уделено анализу показателей ликвидности, рентабельности и оборачиваемости попредприятиям АО «Узкимёсаноат» за 2020–2024 гг. Результаты исследования подтвердили наличие тревожныхтенденций и необходимость оперативного мониторинга KPI. Предложена структурная модель СРП, включающаяаналитический модуль, систему сигнализации и инструменты принятия управленческих решений. Внедрениеданной системы позволяет своевременно выявлять угрозы, повышать финансовую устойчивость и снижатьвероятность банкротства. СРП обеспечивает переход от реактивного к превентивному управлению, повышаяадаптивность предприятий к внешним шокам и внутренним вызовам
