Abstract

Mamlakat iqtisodiyotining raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlashda tadbirkorlik subyektlarining innovatsion vainvestitsion salohiyatini aniq baholash dolzarb masala bo‘lib qolmoqda. Ushbu maqolada tadbirkorlik faoliyatini innovatsioninvestitsionjihatdan baholashning nazariy asoslari va amaliy yondashuvlari tizimli tarzda o‘rganiladi. Xususan, innovatsionsalohiyat — tadbirkorlik subyektining yangi mahsulotlar, texnologiyalar, xizmatlar yoki boshqaruv shakllarini ishlab chiqishva joriy etish qobiliyati, investitsion salohiyat esa — korxonaning investitsiya jalb qilish, uni samarali boshqarish va foydakeltiruvchi faoliyatga yo‘naltirish imkoniyatidir. Maqolada O‘zbekiston misolida innovatsion-investitsion baholash amaliyoti,mavjud muammolar va ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha takliflar keltirilgan. Xususan, korxonalarda zamonaviy baholashmexanizmlarini joriy etish, raqamli tahlil vositalaridan foydalanish va davlat tomonidan rag‘batlantirish mexanizmlarinikengaytirish muhim yo‘nalishlar sifatida ko‘rsatilgan. Ushbu tadqiqot natijalari tadbirkorlik subyektlari, tahlilchilar,siyosatchilar va ilmiy doiralar uchun innovatsion-investitsion baholash yondashuvlarini takomillashtirishda muhim amaliyasos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi
