Abstract

Ushbu maqolada zamonaviy iqtisodiy taraqqiyotning ajralmas tarkibiy qismi bo‘lgan innovatsion rivojlanish vamoliyaviy investitsiyalarni samarali jalb qilish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Bugungi kunda rivojlangan davlatlarning investitsiyasiyosatida innovatsiyalarga alohida e’tibor qaratilayotgani kuzatilmoqda. Rivojlangan mamlakatlar tajribasi asosidainvestitsiyalarni ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlari, texnologik startaplar, texnoparklar va zamonaviy ishlab chiqarish klasterlarigayo‘naltirish mexanizmlari o‘rganilgan.
