Abstract

Ushbu maqola xorijiy mamlakatlarda tibbiyot muassasalarini moliyalashtirish modellarini tahlil qilishga vaularni O‘zbekistonda qo‘llash istiqbollariga bag‘ishlangan. Buyuk Britaniya, Germaniya, AQSH va boshqa davlatlardagidavlat budjeti, tibbiy sug‘urta, xususiy sektor hamda gibrid moliyalashtirish tizimlarining afzalliklari va kamchiliklari ko‘ribchiqiladi. O‘zbekistondagi sog‘liqni saqlash tizimining hozirgi holati, mavjud muammolar hamda xorijiy tajribani joriy etishimkoniyatlari tahlil etiladi. Maqolada majburiy tibbiy sug‘urta, xususiy-davlat sherikligi va xalqaro grantlardan foydalanishorqali O‘zbekistonda tibbiy moliyalashtirish tizimini isloh qilish bo‘yicha takliflar ilgari suriladi.
