Abstract

Ushbu maqolada aksiyadorlik jamiyatlari korporativ boshqaruv tizimiga raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etishningilmiy-nazariy asoslari tahlil qilingan. Raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida korporativ boshqaruvning samaradorliginioshirish, shaffoflikni taʼminlash, aksiyadorlar bilan muloqotni mustahkamlash va strategik qarorlarni tezkor qabul qilishimkoniyatlarini yaratish masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Muallif axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari, sunʼiy intellekt, bulutlitizimlar va “Big Data” platformalari asosida boshqaruv mexanizmlarini modernizatsiya qilishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlariniasoslab beradi. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonda aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida raqamli boshqaruv madaniyatini shakllantirishgadoir dolzarb taklif va tavsiyalar ilgari surilgan
