Abstract

Maqola xizmat ko‘rsatish sohasida elektron tijoratni rivojlantirishga ta’sir etuvchi omillarni tahlil qilishgabag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqot O‘zbekiston sharoitida elektron tijoratning rivojlanishiga iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy, texnologik, huquqiy vainfratuzilmaviy omillarning ta’sirini o‘rganadi. 2025-yil yanvar-fevral oylarida Toshkent, Samarqand, Jizzax va Qashqadaryoviloyatlarida o‘tkazilgan so‘rovnoma natijalariga asoslanib, respondentlarning ijtimoiy portreti, xarid odatlari va elektrontijoratdan foydalanish chastotasi tahlil qilinadi. Asosiy muammolar sifatida tovar sifati, yetkazib berish muddati, internetsifati va to‘lov tizimlarining ishonchliligi aniqlandi. Maqola elektron tijoratni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha takliflar, jumladan,logistika tizimini takomillashtirish, raqamli infratuzilmani rivojlantirish va iste’molchi huquqlarini himoya qilish bo‘yichachoralar taklif etadi.
