Abstract

Maqolada imkoniyati cheklangan shaxslarning bandligini ta’minlash bilan bog‘liq dolzarb masalalar atroflichatahlil qilingan. Muallif ushbu toifadagi fuqarolarning mehnat bozorida faol ishtirokini ta’minlash yo‘llarini quyidagichabelgilaydi: kasb-hunarga o‘qitish va qayta tayyorlash, masofaviy ish imkoniyatlarini kengaytirish, maxsus ish o‘rinlariniyaratish, davlat va nodavlat tashkilotlar hamkorligida ijtimoiy loyihalarni amalga oshirish, shuningdek, huquqiy va psixologikyordam xizmatlarini yo‘lga qo‘yish. Maqolada keltirilgan tavsiyalar imkoniyati cheklangan fuqarolarning jamiyatga to‘laqonliintegratsiyasini ta’minlash va ularni iqtisodiy faol qatlam sifatida shakllantirishga xizmat qiladi
