Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda qishloq xo‘jalik mahsulotlarini qayta ishlash jarayoniga innovatsiontexnologiyalarni joriy etish va ularning iqtisodiy samaradorligi tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida statistik ma’lumotlar,so‘rovnomalar, SWOT tahlil va komparativ tahlil usullaridan foydalanilib, qayta ishlovchi korxonalar faoliyati o‘rganilgan.Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, innovatsiyalar mahsulot sifatini oshirish, tannarxni kamaytirish va eksport hajmini ko‘paytirishgaxizmat qiladi. Shu bilan birga, texnologik infratuzilmaning zaifligi, malakali kadrlar tanqisligi va moliyalashtirishdagimuammolar asosiy to‘siqlar sifatida aniqlangan. Mualliflarning xulosasiga ko‘ra, innovatsion rivojlanishni rag‘batlantirishorqali O‘zbekistonning ichki va tashqi bozorlardagi raqobatbardoshligini oshirish mumkin
