Abstract

Ushbu maqola dunyodagi eng tez rivojlanayotgan moliya sektorlaridan biri bo‘lmish islom moliyasinimamlakatimizda joriy etilishida yuzaga kelayotgan muammolar va ularga bir qator yechimlar taklif etadi. Bugungi kundaIslom moliyasi ellikga yaqin mamlakatlarda qo‘llanilmoqda. Butun dunyo bo‘ylab islom moliya institutlarining jami aktivlarisakkiz trillion dollardan oshadi. Bu esa rivojlanayotgan davlatlar qatorida turadigan va islom diyori hisoblanadiganO‘zbekiston Respublikasida ham islom qonunchiligiga asoslangan moliyani joriy etishning naqadar dolzarbligini ifodaetadi.
