Abstract

Mazkur maqolada yashil mehmonxonalarda strategik tahlil metodologiyasining ilmiy va amaliy asoslario‘rganilgan bo‘lib, atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish, madaniy merosni saqlash hamda iqtisodiy o‘sishni muvozanatlashtiradiganbarqaror amaliyotlarga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Bugungi kunda mehmondo‘stlik sanoati barqarorlikka tobora ko‘proqurg‘u bermoqda. Yashil mehmonxonalar esa ekologik jihatdan mas’uliyatli operatsiyalar uchun asosiy model sifatidanamoyon bo‘lmoqda. Mazkur tadqiqotda yashil mehmonxonalarda SWOT tahlili, PESTEL tahlili va Porterning beshtakuchi kabi strategik tahlil metodologiyalari chuqur tahlil etilgan. Ushbu yondashuvlar ichki va tashqi omillarni, jumladan,atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish qoidalari, iste’molchilarning ekologik toza amaliyotlarga bo‘lgan afzalliklari va resurslarniboshqarishda operatsion samaradorlikni baholash imkonini beradi. Yashil mehmonxonalar hayot aylanishini baholash(LCA) va barqarorlikning muvozanatli ko‘rsatkich kartalari kabi vositalardan foydalangan holda strategik maqsadlariniekologik yo‘nalishdagi maqsadlar bilan uyg‘unlashtirishi mumkin. Bu esa brend obro‘sining oshishi orqali iqtisodiysamaradorlikni kuchaytirish imkonini beradi
