Аутоиммунные Поражения Центральной Нервной Системы, Возникающие После Стрептококковой Инфекции

Abstract

данной статье рассматриваются иммунопатологические механизмы, лежащие в основе пораженияцентральной нервной системы (ЦНС), возникающего после инфицирования бета-гемолитическим стрептококкомгруппы А (БГСА). Авторы акцентируют внимание на роли молекулярной мимикрии, вовлечении B- и T-лимфоцитов, атакже специфических антинейрональных антител, особенно D8/17, в развитии нейропсихиатрических расстройству детей. Особое внимание уделено таким клиническим феноменам, как хорея Сиденгама и синдром PANDAS.Представлены данные магнитно-резонансной томографии и серологических исследований, подтверждающиеаутоиммунную природу этих расстройств. Подчёркивается необходимость дальнейших клинических ииммунологических исследований для улучшения диагностики и терапии.
