Abstract

Ushbu maqolada davlat moliyasini isloh qilish jarayonida budjet jarayonini takomillashtirishning nazariyva amaliy jihatlari, davlat moliyasini boshqarish tizimini takomillashtirish strategiyasi, budjet jarayoni bosqichlari,budjet tizimi budjetlari daromad qismining ijrosi vazifalari, Toshkent shahri Mirzo Ulugʻbek tumani mahalliy budjetining2023–2025-yillardagi daromadlari prognozi, Mirzo Ulugʻbek tumani budjetidan hududiy budjet mablagʻlarinitaqsimlovchilarga 2023–2025-yillar uchun ajratiladigan xarajatlarning umumiy cheklangan miqdorlari, Yevropa Ittifoqia’zosi davlatlarida budjet jarayonini tashkil etishda innovatsion yondashuvlar o‘rganilgan. Asosiy e’tibor budjet siyosatinimodernizatsiya qilish, budjetlararo munosabatlarni qayta ko‘rib chiqish, moliyaviy nazoratni kuchaytirish va xarajatlarningsamaradorligini oshirish masalalariga qaratilgan.
