Abstract

Iqtisodiyotda ro‘y berayotgan turli makroiqtisodiy o‘zgarishlar ko‘p jihatdan kichik biznes va xususiytadbirkorlikning rivojlanishi bilan uzviy bog‘liqdir. Tadbirkorlik davlatning muhim ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy va siyosiy muammolarinihal etishi bilan ajralib turadi hamda hozirgi globallashuv jarayonida uning naqadar dolzarb soha ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.Shuni inobatga olgan holda, aholining har qanday tabaqasi uchun, eng avvalo, tadbirkorlikning mazmun-mohiyatini aniqva oson tushunchalar orqali yetkazib berish lozim. Ushbu maqolada tadbirkorlikda tavakkalchilikni to‘g‘ri boshqarishningnazariy asoslari haqida so‘z yuritiladi.
