Влияние Корпоративной Культуры На Инвестиционную Стратегию Промышленных Предприятий

Abstract

В статье рассматривается, как тип и зрелость корпоративной культуры формируют приоритеты,временной горизонт и риск-профиль инвестиционной стратегии промышленных предприятий. Кластерный анализвыявил четыре устойчивых культурно-инвестиционных архетипа: инновационный, операционно-эффективный,экспансивный и консервативный. Для каждого архетипа разработаны рекомендации по корректировкеинвестиционной политики: от внедрения двойных инновационных бюджетов до создания внутренних венчурныхфондов. Новизна исследования заключается в количественной оценке механизмов опосредования (вовлечённостьперсонала, скорость принятия решений, горизонт планирования), через которые культура воздействует накапитальные вложения. Практическая значимость проявляется в предложенной методике «Culture Due Diligence»,позволяющей учитывать культурные факторы на этапе отбора проектов и тем самым повышать интегральнуюдоходность портфеля на 1,5–2,3 п.п. при неизменном уровне риска.
