O‘zbekistonda tabiiy resuslardan olinadigan rentaning yaimdagi ulushiga tanlab olingan o‘zgaruvchilar ta’siri tahlili

Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot O‘zbekistonda tabiiy resurslarning umumiy rentasining YaIMdagi ulushiga ta’sir qiluvchiomillarni tahlil qilishga qaratilgan. Tadqiqotda uchta asosiy mustaqil o‘zgaruvchining – aholi jon boshiga yalpi ichkimahsulot (doimiy 2015 yil AQSH dollarida), gidroenergetikadan tashqari qayta tiklanuvchi manbalardan elektr energiyasiishlab chiqarish (kVt/soat) va hukumat samaradorligi (foizli ko‘rsatkich) – tabiiy resurslardan foydalanishga qanday ta’sirko‘rsatishi o‘rganiladi. Jahon banki ma’lumotlari asosida vaqt qatorlari shaklida olib borilgan iqtisodiy-ekonometrik tahlilorqali, iqtisodiy rivojlanish, toza energiya ishlab chiqarilishi va boshqaruv sifatining resurslardan oqilona foydalanishdagiroli aniqlanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari O‘zbekistonda tabiiy resurslarga tayanilgan iqtisodiyotda barqarorlikni ta’minlash vasamarali siyosat ishlab chiqishga amaliy tavsiyalar beradi.
