Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mahalliy budjet barqarorligi va ularning daromad bazasini mustahkamlashning ilmiynazariyjihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Shuningdek, mahalliy budjet daromadlarning davlat budjeti daromadlaridagi ulushi,hududlar kesimida mahalliy budjetlar daromadlarining ulushi, mahalliy budjetlar daromadlarining yillik o‘sishi va doimiyyashovchi aholi jon boshiga to‘g‘ri keladigan mahalliy budjetlar daromadlari tahlil qilingan. Mahalliy budjetlar daromadbazasini mustahkamlash va barqarorligini ta’minlashga qaratilgan ilmiy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
