Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada investitsiya loyihalarining iqtisodiy va moliyaviy samaradorligini oshirish masalalariko‘rib chiqilgan. Avvalo, investitsiyaning iqtisodiy mohiyati, asosiy tushunchalari, turkumlanishi hamda investitsiyaloyihasining tuzilmasi va funksional yo‘nalishlari yoritiladi. Keyinchalik, investitsion jarayonlarni rejalashtirish, tahlil qilish,baholash va ularni amalga oshirishdagi asosiy usullar nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada, shuningdek,O‘zbekiston Respublikasida investitsion muhit, huquqiy asoslar, xorijiy sarmoyadorlar uchun yaratilgan sharoitlar vaPrezident qarorlari asosida olib borilayotgan islohotlar haqida fikr yuritiladi. Maqolada turli manbalar, jumladan nazariydarsliklar, amaliy maqolalar va hukumat qarorlariga asoslanib, investitsiya faoliyatining zamonaviy talablarga mos samaraliboshqaruv uslublari asosida takomillashtirilishi bo‘yicha xulosalar va amaliy takliflar beriladi. Bu holat O‘zbekiston iqtisodiybarqarorligi va investitsion jozibadorligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi
