Abstract

Maqolada xususiy oliy ta’lim muassasalarida menejment tizimining nazariy asoslari chuqur tahlil qilinadi.Xususan, xususiy sektor ta’limining o‘ziga xos tashkiliy modeli, boshqaruv yondashuvlari, menejerlarning yetakchilikfazilatlari hamda ta’lim jarayonida malakali boshqaruvning ahamiyati yoritib beriladi. Muallif tomonidan xalqaro tajribatahlili asosida xususiy oliy ta’lim muassasalari boshqaruvining samaradorlik omillari va mahalliy sharoitda qo‘llashimkoniyatlari ochib berilgan.
