O‘zbekiston sanoat korxonalarining fond bozoridagi ishtiroki tahlil va muammolari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sanoat korxonalarining aksiyalar bozoridagi faoliyati tahlil qilinib, mavjud muammolar vaularning yechimlari, shuningdek, korporativ qimmatli qog‘ozlar asosida korxonalar faoliyatini va loyihalarini moliyalashtirishshakllarining shakllanishi hamda xorijiy davlatlar tajribalari o‘rganilgan. Xususan, maqolada so‘nggi yillarda sanoatkorxonalarining aksiyalar bozoridagi faolligi, davlat aktivlarining hozirgi holati, kapital bozorini rivojlantirish yo‘lidagiharakatlar hamda qimmatli qog‘ozlar bozorida amalga oshirilgan bir qator islohotlar yoritib berilgan. Turli sohalar bo‘yichajami aksiyadorlarning hozirgi ulushi va tuzilgan bitimlar tafsilotlari ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Hozirgi paytda sanoat korxonalariningfond bozoriga kirishi va unda muntazam faoliyat yuritishi, shuningdek, bu jarayondagi asosiy muammolar atroflicha tahlilqilingan. Jismoniy va yuridik shaxslarning moliyaviy savodxonligi darajasi, ularning respublika fond birjalaridagi ishtiroki,aholining daromadlari va xarajatlari bilan bog‘liq ko‘rsatkichlar ham tahlil qilingan.
