Abstract

Mazkur maqola aholi daromadining oshirishda ta’sir etuvchi omillarni, jumladan davlatning ijtimoiyrag‘batlantirishga qaratilgan siyosati, iqtisodiyotdagi ishchi o‘rinlarni yaratish jarayoni, sog‘lom tadbirkorlik muhitinimavjudligi va ish haqqi miqdorini xorijiy va mahalliy olimlarni ilmiy qarashlari tahlili asosida hulosalar berilgan. Ayniqsaaholi daromadini oshirishda inson kapitalini rivojlantirish orqali erishish mumkinligi va inson kapitalini rivojlantirishdamamlakatda ijtimoiy ne’matlarning ta’minlanish darajasi yoqori bo‘lishligi asoslangan.
