Abstract

Moliya bozori – bu iqtisodiy tizimning muhim va ajralmas qismi bo‘lib, banklar ushbu bozorda asosiy o‘rin egallaydi.Xususiy banklar esa, o‘zining erkin faoliyati, innovatsion yondashuvlari va raqobatbatdosh xizmatlari bilan nafaqat moliya bozorini,balki butun iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Xususiy banklar o‘z mijozlariga zamonaviy, qulay va raqobatbatdoshxizmatlar taqdim etish orqali moliya bozorida samarali ishtirok etadi. Moliya bozorida xususiy banklarning faolligini taʼminlashva ularning barqaror rivojlanishiga turtki berish, iqtisodiyotning mustahkamlanishi uchun asosiy omillardan hisoblanadi. Ushbumaqolada xususiy banklarning moliya bozoridagi o‘rni va ularning faolligini taʼminlash istiqbollari tahlil qilinadi.
