Abstract

O‘zbekiston Respublikasida sirkulyar iqtisodiyotga o‘tishning ahamiyati, uning iqtisodiy, ekologik va ijtimoiyjihatlari yoritilgan. Sirkulyar iqtisodiyot – bu tabiiy resurslardan oqilona foydalanish, chiqindilar miqdorini kamaytirish hamdamahsulot va materiallarning hayotiy siklini uzaytirish orqali barqaror rivojlanishga erishishni nazarda tutuvchi zamonaviyyondashuvdir. Ushbu model O‘zbekistonda ekologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlash, sanoat tarmoqlarining raqobatbardoshliginioshirish, innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etish hamda yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tish jarayonlarini jadallashtirishda muhimahamiyat kasb etadi. Tadqiqotda mazkur yo‘nalishda olib borilayotgan davlat siyosati, qonunchilik asoslari va amalgaoshirilayotgan amaliy ishlar tahlil qilinib, mavjud muammolar va istiqbolli takliflar bayon etilgan.
