Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mahalliy davlat hokimiyati organlarida milliy kadrlar zaxirasini shakllantirish va boshqarishmexanizmlarini takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Shu bilan birga, kadrlar salohiyatini rivojlantirish, yosh vaiqtidorli mutaxassislarni davlat boshqaruviga jalb etish, ta'lim va amaliyot uygʻunligiga erishish kabi muhim jihatlargae'tibor qaratilgan. Mahalliy davlat hokimiyati organlarida milliy kadrlar zaxirasini shakllantirishning zamonaviy usullari vamodellarini joriy etish boʻyicha taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan
