O‘zbekiston Respublikasida makroiqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlarni hisoblashdagi asosiy muammolar va ularning yechimlari

Abstract

Ushbu maqola O‘zbekiston Respublikasida makroiqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlarni hisoblash jarayonida yuzagakelgan asosiy muammolar va ularning yechimlarini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqot davomida statistik ma'lumotlarning to‘liqligi vaishonchliligini ta'minlash, yashirin iqtisodiyotni baholash, xalqaro standartlarga mos kelish kabi masalalar ko‘rib chiqiladi.Mamlakat iqtisodiyoti barqaror o‘sishni namoyon etgan bo‘lsa-da, makroiqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlarni aniqlash va prognozqilishda bir qator qiyinchiliklar kuzatilgan. Asosiy muammolardan biri inflyatsiya darajasini aniq baholash bilan bog‘liqbo‘lib, 2023- yilning dastlabki yetti oyida o‘rtacha oylik inflyatsiya 0,7 foizni tashkil etgan. Bu esa pul-kredit siyosatinishakllantirishda noaniqliklarga olib kelgan. Bundan tashqari, davlat byudjeti daromadlarini prognoz qilishda soliqma’murchiligi va yashirin iqtisodiyotni hisobga olish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. 2024-yilda davlat byudjeti daromadlarinioshirish uchun soliq ma’murchiligini takomillashtirish va yashirin iqtisodiyotni kamaytirish choralari ko‘rilgan. Ushbumaqolada yuqoridagi muammolar tahlil qilinib, ularning yechimlari bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beriladi. Xususan, statistikma’lumotlar sifatini oshirish, zamonaviy iqtisodiy modellarni joriy etish va xalqaro standartlarga mos keladigan hisoblashusullarini qo‘llash orqali makroiqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlarning aniqligini ta’minlash muhimligi ta’kidlanadi
