O‘zbekiston Respublikasida aholi bandligini ta’minlashdagi dolzarb masalalar

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida aholi bandligini ta’minlashdagi dolzarb masalalar tahlil etiladi.Mamlakatning iqtisodiy rivojlanishi va aholi sonining ortishi bilan bog‘liq ravishda, bandlikni ta’minlash muammolari yanadadolzarblashmoqda. Aholi bandligi nafaqat iqtisodiy barqarorlikni ta’minlash, balki ijtimoiy adolat va yashash darajasinioshirish nuqtai nazaridan ham katta ahamiyatga ega. Maqolada ayniqsa yoshlar va ayollar bandligini oshirish, kasb-hunarta’limi va mehnat bozorining zamonaviy talablariga moslashtirilgan kadrlar tayyorlash masalalari muhokama qilinadi.Shuningdek, bandlikni ta’minlashda davlat siyosatining roli, ijtimoiy xavfsizlik tarmog‘ini rivojlantirish va samarali mehnatbozorini shakllantirish borasidagi chora-tadbirlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Bunga qo‘shimcha ravishda, mamlakatda mavjud bo‘lganmuammolar, ularni hal qilish yo‘llari va xalqaro tajriba asosida amalga oshirilishi mumkin bo‘lgan takliflar taqdim etiladi.Maqola, ayniqsa iqtisodchilar, davlat xizmatchilari, hamda aholi bandligi masalalari bilan shug‘ullanuvchi mutaxassislaruchun foydali bo‘lishi mumkin.
