Abstract

Tijorat banklarida ruxsat berish jarayonlarini raqamlashtirish moliya tizimida tartib-taomillarning aniq,tezkor va xavfsiz bajarilishini ta’minlaydigan yangi standartlar shakllanishini taqozo etmoqda. Raqamli ruxsat berishmexanizmlarining joriy etilishi banklarning risklarni baholash usullarini qayta ko‘rib chiqishni, elektron axborot oqiminiyagona me’yorlarga solishni hamda regulyator talablarini raqamli muhitga moslashtirishni talab qiladi. Mazkurmaqolada tijorat banklari uchun raqamli ruxsat berish standartlarini ishlab chiqishning asosiy tamoyillari, jarayonlarnioptimallashtirishga xizmat qiluvchi texnologik yechimlar va ularni huquqiy jihatdan qo‘llab-quvvatlash masalalari tahliletiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari raqamli ruxsat berish jarayonini amaliyotga tatbiq etish bo‘yicha samarali yondashuvlarni taklifetadi
