Davlat Xaridlarida “Yashil” Yondashuv Va Elektron Tizimlar Samaradorligini Oshirishning Institutsional Mexanizmlari

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada davlat xaridlari tizimini ekologik barqarorlik va raqamli boshqaruv tamoyillari asosida rivojlantirishmasalalari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Xususan, “yashil” markirovkalashga ega mahsulot va xizmatlarni rag‘batlantirish,davlat xaridlari elektron tizimlarida vositachilik yig‘imlarini iqtisodiy jihatdan tartibga solish, xarid jarayonlaridashaffoflikni oshirish hamda tadbirkorlik subyektlari uchun qulay sharoit yaratish yo‘nalishlari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalaridavlat xaridlari tizimining institutsional samaradorligini oshirish, ekologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlash va raqamli iqtisodiyotsharoitida xarid mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan takliflarni ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
