Abstract

Dunyo miqyosidagi tashkilotlarning faqat moliyaviy foyda ortidan quvish davri allaqachon ortda qoldi. Bugungikunda tabiiy resurslarni asrash va atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish hayotning barcha jabhalarida tobora muhim ahamiyatkasb etmoqda. Ekologik, ijtimoiy hamda iqtisodiy tizimdagi nomutanosiblikni bartaraf etish zarurati esa siyosatshunoslar,tadqiqotchilar va akademik doiralar tomonidan chuqur anglab yetilgan. Shu bois, barqaror rivojlanishga erishishningyangi yo‘llarini aniqlash maqsadida jahonda doimiy ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borilmoqda. Atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish,iqlim o‘zgarishining salbiy ta’sirlarini kamaytirish, qayta tiklanadigan energiya manbalarini rivojlantirish, yashil hududlarmaydonini oshirish hamda barqaror rivojlanishga qaratilgan boshqa tashabbuslarni qo‘llab-quvvatlash maqsadidako‘rsatiladigan moliyaviy yordam “yashil moliya” deb yuritiladi. Ushbu maqolada yashil moliyaning asosiy tarkibiyqismlaridan biri — yashil obligatsiyalar atroflicha tahlil qilinadi
