Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda kichik biznes subyektlarining eksport salohiyatini oshirish bilan bog‘liqmuammolar va ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari ilmiy asosda tahlil etilgan. Tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Statistikaagentligining 2010–2023-yillarga oid statistik ko‘rsatkichlari asosida eksport hajmiga ta’sir etuvchi makroiqtisodiy omillaraniqlanib, ular ekonometrik usullar yordamida chuqur o‘rganilgan. Regressiya modeli doirasida bog‘liq o‘zgaruvchisifatida eksportdagi ulushi, mustaqil o‘zgaruvchilar sifatida esa yalpi ichki mahsulotdagi ulushi, sanoat va qishloq xo‘jaligisohalaridagi hissasi, aholi bandligi, import va savdo hajmi, aholi jon boshiga daromadlar hamda kam ta’minlanganlikdarajasi kabi ko‘rsatkichlar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, o‘zgaruvchilarning statsionarlik darajasi D. Fuller testi orqalitekshirilib, zarur hollarda ularning birinchi va ikkinchi darajadagi farqlari olinib, modellarga kiritilgan. Tahlillar STATA-17statistik dasturiy ta’minoti yordamida amalga oshirilgan bo‘lib, kichik biznes subyektlarining eksport faoliyatiga ta’siretuvchi omillar kompleks baholangan. Ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalar asosida mualliflik yondashuvlari ishlab chiqilgan bo‘lib, ularmilliy iqtisodiy siyosatni takomillashtirishga xizmat qiluvchi amaliy tavsiyalar bilan boyitilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari eksportfaoliyatini rivojlantirishga oid strategik qarorlar qabul qilishda ilmiy va amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
