К Вопросу О Подготовке Кадров Для Индустрии Туризма И Гостепримства Республики Узбекистан

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются ключевые аспекты формирования современных профессиональныхкомпетенций специалистов туристской и гостиничной индустрии в системе высшего образования.Проанализированы актуальное состояние подготовки кадров в Республике Узбекистан, потребности рынкатруда, а также предложены формы взаимодействия между вузами Узбекистана и Республики Башкортостан. Наоснове статистических данных раскрыта нехватка квалифицированных специалистов в сфере туризма, особеннов таких направлениях, как гостиничный сервис, туроператорская деятельность и экскурсионное обслуживание.Особое внимание уделено компетенциям, необходимым в современных условиях: цифровые навыки, маркетинги продажи, предпринимательские и аналитические способности. Представлен опыт Уфимского государственногонефтяного технического университета и ташкентских вузов в подготовке кадров для индустрии туризма.
