Banklararo to‘lov tizimi mexanizmini rivojlantirish istiqbollari

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada banklararo to‘lov tizimi mexanizmining hozirgi holati, mavjud muammolari va ularni bartarafetish orqali tizimni takomillashtirish istiqbollari yoritilgan. To‘lov tizimi – milliy moliyaviy infratuzilmaning eng muhim tarkibiyqismlaridan biri bo‘lib, uning samarali ishlashi banklar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro hisob-kitoblarni tezkor, xavfsiz va ishonchliamalga oshirish imkonini beradi. Bugungi kunda O‘zbekistonda elektron to‘lov vositalarining jadal rivojlanishi, raqamlitexnologiyalarning bank sohasiga chuqur kirib borishi to‘lov tizimiga nisbatan yuqori talablarni yuzaga keltirmoqda. Shubois, banklararo to‘lov mexanizmini zamonaviylashtirish, uni avtomatlashtirish va xalqaro standartlarga moslashtirishdolzarb masala sifatida qaralmoqda. Maqolada banklararo to‘lov tizimining huquqiy asoslari, Markaziy bank tomonidanjoriy etilgan yangi texnologiyalar, mavjud platformalar va ularning ishlash tartibi tahlil qilinadi. Bundan tashqari, xalqarotajriba, xususan rivojlangan mamlakatlar to‘lov tizimlarining ilg‘or jihatlari o‘rganilib, ularni milliy tizimga tatbiq etishbo‘yicha takliflar ilgari suriladi. Tadqiqot davomida tizimdagi asosiy muammolar – kechikishlar, xavfsizlik kamchiliklari,texnik nosozliklar, ma’lumotlar almashinuvidagi uzilishlar aniqlanib, ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari ishlab chiqildi
