Abstract

Hozirgi raqamli texnologiyalar tobora keng rivojlanib borayotgan davrda samarali korporativ boshqaruvnita’minlash uchun axborot ochiqligi muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Korxonalar rasmiy axborot resurslarida ochiqma’lumotlarning to‘liq yoki actual tarzda joylashtirib borilmasligi ularning raqobatbardoshligi tushishiga va investitsiyalaroqimiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Shu sabab, korxonalarning investitsion jozibadorligini oshirish, xususan moliyaviyiqtisodiyva investitsion ma’lumotlarni keng ommaga kerakli hajmda va ko‘rinishda yetkazish tobora muhim o‘rin tutmoqda.Bu masalani o‘rganishda Barqaror hisobotdorlik bo‘yicha “Global Reporting Initiative”ning metologiyasidan foydalanildi.Shu o‘rinda korporativ boshqaruv jarayonida axborot oshkoraligini samarali tashkil etish va uni tizimli ravishda e’lon qilibborilishini yo‘lga qo‘yish usullari bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi
