Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sayyohlarning shikoyatlarini ko‘rib chiqish va ularning huquqiy huquqlarini tiklashmexanizmlari xalqaro tajriba asosida tahlil qilingan. Yevropa Ittifoqi, AQSH, Yaponiya kabi davlatlarda mavjud bo‘lganilg‘or tizimlar, xususan, onlayn nizolarni hal etish platformalari, turizm ombudsmanlari va kompaniya javobgarligi prinsiplariyoritib berilgan. Shu asosda O‘zbekistondagi amaldagi huquqiy mexanizmlar baholanib, ularni takomillashtirish bo‘yichatakliflar ishlab chiqilgan. Maqola pozitiv yondashuvda yozilgan bo‘lib, milliy tizimning xalqaro standartlarga yaqinlashuvihamda sayyohlar ishonchini oshirishga qaratilgan.
