Abstract

Maqolada Oʻzbekiston Respublikasidagi tijorat banklari biznes ekotizimini takomillashtirishning nazariyasoslari tahlil qilinib, ularning samaradorligini oshirish va rivojlantirish istiqbollari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot davomida iqtisodiymunosabatlar va globallashuv jarayonlari sharoitida tijorat banklarining raqamli platformalari va ekotizimlari faoliyatinikengaytirish, moliyaviy xizmatlarda inson omilini kamaytirish, telekommunikatsiya va internet orqali xizmat ko‘rsatishnirivojlantirish muhimligi asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, katta hajmdagi raqamli ma’lumotlarni boshqarish, mijozlarga xizmatko‘rsatishni robotlashtirish, masofaviy bank xizmatlarini rivojlantirish, biometrik texnologiyalar bilan bog‘liq muammolar vaularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar keltirilgan.
