Abstract

Maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida tijorat banklarining xizmat turlarining huquqiy asoslari tahlil qilingan.Tadqiqotda banklar tomonidan ko‘rsatilayotgan xizmatlarning raqamlashtirilishi jarayonida vujudga kelayotgan normativhuquqiyhujjatlar, shuningdek, elektron tijorat, elektron imzo va ochiq banking platformalarining huquqiy mexanizmlaribatafsil yoritilgan. Xalqaro tajriba tahlili asosida O‘zbekiston Respublikasida mavjud bo‘lgan huquqiy bazaning holatibaholanib, uning takomillashtirish istiqbollari va zaruriy chora-tadbirlari tavsiya etilgan. Ushbu maqola bank tizimidaraqamli transformatsiyaning huquqiy infratuzilmasini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishgaxizmat qiladi.
