Abstract

Mazkur maqolada sanoat korxonalarida yuzaga keladigan inqiroz holatlari, ularning kelib chiqish sabablari vabunday holatlarda korxonaning barqaror faoliyat yuritishini ta’minlovchi boshqaruv mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek,inqirozga qarshi boshqaruv tizimini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar keltirilgan. Ushbu maqolada sanoatkorxonalarida yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo‘lgan inqiroz holatlari va ularning oldini olish bo‘yicha boshqaruv mexanizmlaritahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, korxonalarning barqaror faoliyat yuritishi uchun zarur bo‘lgan strategik yondashuvlar, moliyaviybarqarorlik, risklarni boshqarish va innovatsion texnologiyalarning roli yoritiladi
