“Ichki isteʼmol uchun qayta ishlash” bojxona protseduralarini Oʻzbeksiton sharoitida qoʻllashning ahamiyati

Abstract

Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida “ichki isteʼmol uchun qayta ishlash” bojxona protsedurasining amaliy ahamiyati,iqtisodiy samaradorligi va milliy ishlab chiqarishni qoʻllab-quvvatlashdagi oʻrni chuqur oʻrganiladi. Bu bojxona rejimixorijdan vaqtincha olib kirilgan xomashyo, butlovchi qismlar yoki yarim tayyor mahsulotlarni mamlakat ichkarisida qaytaishlash, yaʼni tayyor mahsulot holiga keltirish va keyinchalik ichki bozorda realizatsiya qilish imkonini beradi. Oʻzbekistonsharoitida bu mexanizm importga bogʻliqlikni kamaytirish, qoʻshilgan qiymatni oshirish, yangi ish oʻrinlarini yaratish,hamda raqobatbardosh mahalliy mahsulotlarni ichki va tashqi bozorga chiqarish uchun muhim vosita sifatida koʻrilmoqda.Shuningdek, “ichki isteʼmol uchun qayta ishlash” rejimining yurtimizdagi yirik sanoat korxonalari va kichik tadbirkorliksubyektlari faoliyatiga taʼsiri, qoʻllash tartibi oʻrganilgan. Ushbu mavzu boʻyicha olib borilgan tahlillar Oʻzbekistonda sanoatkooperatsiyasini kuchaytirish, qayta ishlash tarmoqlarini rivojlantirish va umumiy iqtisodiy barqarorlikni taʼminlashgaqaratilgan islohotlarni samarali amalga oshirishda “ichki isteʼmol uchun qayta ishlash” rejimining strategik ahamiyatgaega ekanligini koʻrsatadi.
