Abstract

Ushbu maqolada aholining real daromadlarini shakllantirishda inson kapitalini rivojlantirishning o‘rni chuqurtahlil qilingan. Inson kapitali – bu ta’lim, sog‘liq, kasbiy malaka va innovatsion salohiyat kabi elementlarni o‘z ichigaolgan asosiy iqtisodiy resurs sifatida e’tirof etilgan. Maqolada inson kapitalining aholi daromadlariga ta’sir qiluvchiasosiy kanallari, xususan, mehnat unumdorligi va texnologik yangilanishlardagi roli yoritilgan. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra,O‘zbekistonda ta’lim va sog‘liqni saqlash sohalariga investitsiyalar oshgani real daromadlar o‘sishiga turtki bo‘lgan.Maqolada statistik ma’lumotlar va grafiklar asosida 2018–2023-yillar oralig‘ida aholining real daromadlari va insonkapitaliga qaratilgan xarajatlar o‘zgarishi ko‘rsatib berilgan. Shu bilan birga, bandlik shakllari va daromad manbalaridiversifikatsiyasi real daromadlarning barqarorligiga xizmat qilishi qayd etilgan. Inson kapitaliga sarmoya kiritish uzoqmuddatli iqtisodiy rivojlanishning muhim omili sifatida namoyon bo‘lishi asoslangan
