Abstract

Ushbu maqolada korxonalarni samarali boshqarish va uning samaradorligini baholashning nazariy hamdaamaliy asoslari tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy raqobat muhitida axborot-kommunikasiya texnologiyalarini joriy etish orqalikorxonalarning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish zarurligi ta'kidlangan. Maqolada samaradorlik tushunchasining mazmuni,uning ichki va tashqi koʻrsatkichlari, baholash mezonlari hamda turli olimlarning nazariy yondashuvlari yoritilgan.Shuningdek, korxona faoliyati samaradorligini baholashda iqtisodiy, tashkiliy va marketing koʻrsatkichlarini oʻzaro bogʻliqholda tahlil qilish va baholash tizimini shakllantirish boʻyicha tavsiyalar beriladi. Ilmiy ishlar tahlillari orqali boshqaruvningstrategik samaradorligini oshirish uchun zarur omillar koʻrsatilgan
