Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу внедрения международного антикорруп-ционного стандарта ISO 37001 вУзбекистане. Исследованы нормативные основы, институциональные условия и практика применения стандартав государственном и частном секторах. Особое внимание уделено адаптации стандарта к национальной правовойсистеме и подготовке кадров в сфере комплаенс-контроля. Разработаны предложения по повышению эффектив-ности реализации антикоррупционной политики с использованием между-народных подходов
