O‘tkir revmatik isitmasi bor bolalarda kardiometriya ko‘rsatkichlarining statistik tahlili

Abstract

A guruhidagi beta-gemolitik streptokokk infeksiyasining takroriy epizodlarini oldini olish revmatik yurakkasalligini bartaraf etishda hal qiluvchi ahamiyat kasb etadi. Biroq mavjud profilaktika choralarining ilmiy asoslari eskirganbo‘lib, ularning hozirgi zamon sharoitidagi samaradorligi shubha ostida qolmoqda. Bu holat diagnostika va profilaktikagazamonaviy, ilmiy asoslangan yondashuvlarni joriy etishni taqozo etadi. Klinik aniqlikning pastligi zamonaviy laborator vakardiometrik texnologiyalarni qo‘llash zarurligini ko‘rsatmoqda. Ilmiy tadqiqotlar revmatik yurak kasalligini erta aniqlash vaprofilaktika qilishda aniq va samarali yondashuvlarni ishlab chiqishga qaratilishi lozim.
