Abstract

Mazkur maqolada aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida davlat xaridlarini amalga oshirishda elektron savdo vositalaridanfoydalanishning huquqiy asoslari, tartib-taomillari hamda iqtisodiy samaradorligi tahlil qilingan. Amaldagi qonunchilikbazasi, onlayn birjalar orqali xarid jarayonini tashkil etish mexanizmlari va ularning ochiqlik, raqobat hamda tejamkorlikkabi mezonlar asosidagi afzalliklari yoritilgan. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, mavjud tizimdagi muammolar aniqlanib, davlatxaridlarida shaffoflikni oshirish va aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarining xarid amaliyotini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy vainstitutsional takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
