“O‘zbekistonning “yashil iqtisodiyot”ga o‘tish strategiyasi: mavjud muammo va istiqbolli imkoniyatlar”

Abstract

O‘zbekistonning iqlim o‘zgarishlariga nisbatan yuqori darajadagi zaifligi mamlakatda yashil iqtisodiyotgao‘tishni jadallashtirish zaruratini yuzaga keltirmoqda. Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasining “yashil iqtisodiyot”gao‘tish bo‘yicha milliy strategiyasi chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Tahlil natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, barqaror energiya, suvresurslarini boshqarish, atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish texnologiyalari va yashil ish o‘rinlari yaratish borasida istiqbolliimkoniyatlar mavjud. Shu bilan birga, institutsional salohiyatning yetarli emasligi, moliyalashtirishdagi cheklovlar vatexnologik innovatsiyalar yetishmovchiligi kabi muammolar aniqlangan. Mualliflar xalqaro tajribani inobatga olgan holda,O‘zbekistonda yashil iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirishning asosiy yo‘nalishlarini taklif qiladilar. Tadqiqot xulosalari mamlakatdabarqaror iqtisodiy o‘sish va ekologik xavfsizlikni ta’minlashda ilmiy va amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi
