Abstract

Mazkur maqolada aksiyalarni ommaviy joylashtirish (IPO – Initial Public Offering) jarayoni, uning mohiyati,bosqichlari va amalga oshirish mexanizmlari tahlil etiladi. Kapital bozorining rivojlanishi sharoitida ommaviy joylashtirishkompaniyalar uchun qo‘shimcha moliyaviy resurslarni jalb qilish, investitsion jozibadorlikni oshirish va bozor bahosinishakllantirishda muhim vosita hisoblanadi. Maqolada IPO jarayonining tayyorgarlik, marketing (road-show), joylashtirishva post-IPO monitoring bosqichlari yoritilgan bo‘lib, har bir bosqichda amalga oshiriladigan asosiy tadbirlar, ishtirokchisubyektlar va ularning funksiyalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, xalqaro va milliy tajribalar asosida O‘zbekistonda IPOmexanizmini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berilgan
