Abstract

Maqolada uy-joy kommunal sohasi faoliyatini boshqarish mexanizmlari nazariy ma’lumotlar asosidao‘rganilgan. Uy-joy kommunal xizmatlari sohasida bozor munosabatlarini shakllantirish vazifalarini amalga oshirishmodeli, sohani boshqarish mexanizmi, uy-joy kommunal xizmatlari sohasida kraudfanding jarayonining joriy etilishi, Kvin-Rorbaxning “Raqobat qadriyatlari va tashkiliy samaradorlik” modeli qo‘llanilishi hamda ushbu sohada davlat-xususiysherikchilik mexanizmining ishlab chiqilishi va amaliyotda foydalanish yo‘llari asoslab berilgan.
