Abstract

Изучать предпосылки и механизмы развития финансовых кризисов необходимо потому, что вбольшинстве случаев их негативные последствия не ограничиваются потерями участников финансовых рынков.Соответственно в кризисный период растет безработица, падает уровень жизни населения.Термин «финансовый кризис» используется для описания различных по природе масштабных нарушенийфункционирования финансовой системы, затрудняющих реализацию ее основных функций - трансформациисбережений в инвестиции и распределения рисков.Мировой экономический кризис, изначально возникший в США, распространившись по всему миру, дошел и доУзбекистана. В результате кризиса произошло возникновение определенных структурных изменений, в результатекоторых перераспределились силы в отраслевом и региональном аспектах.В статье рассматриваются основные факторы возникновения кризиса, которые в совокупности отражают всепричины и их взаимосвязи, поэтому могут раскрыть полную картину.
