Abstract

В статье представлен подход к финансовому моделированию сценариев развития предприятия наоснове методов многокритериального принятия решений (МКПР). Учитывая усиливающуюся экономическуюнестабильность и необходимость стратегического выбора, предложено использовать метод TOPSIS дляобоснованного выбора наиболее эффективного сценария развития. В качестве эмпирической базы выбранАО «O‘zbektelekom» – одно из крупнейших телекоммуникационных предприятий Узбекистана. Разработаннаямодель позволяет оценить альтернативные сценарии развития компании с учетом множества критериев, включаядоходность, риск, ликвидность и финансовую устойчивость. Результаты моделирования могут быть использованыв процессе стратегического планирования и управления корпоративными ресурсами
