Abstract

Ushbu maqolada davlat korxonasini xo‘jalik jamiyatiga o‘zgartirish jarayonining tartib-taomillari, ularningiqtisodiy samaradorligi, shuningdek, mavjud huquqiy bazada uchrayotgan tizimli kamchiliklar chuqur tahlil qilinadi.Tadqiqotda ushbu o‘zgarishlarning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy jihatdan foydaliligi asoslanadi va mavjud normativ-huquqiy hujjatlargatakomillashtirish kiritish bo‘yicha ilmiy takliflar ishlab chiqiladi. Amaliy tavsiyalar orqali davlat mulkini xususiylashtirishdaochiq savdolar samaradorligini oshirish, xususiy sektorning iqtisodiy faolligini rag‘batlantirishga qaratilgan tashkiliymexanizmlar yoritiladi
