Abstract

Ushbu maqolada maktabgacha ta’lim tashkilotlari direktorlarini menejerlik faoliyatiga tayyorlashningzamonaviy ta’lim tizimidagi ahamiyati tahlil etiladi. Bunda metodologik yondashuvlar, jumladan, kompetensiyagaasoslangan yondashuv, pedagogik menejment, strategik boshqaruv va psixologik-pedagogik kommunikatsiya kabitamoyillar asosida rahbarlik malakalarini shakllantirish masalalari yoritiladi. Shuningdek, menejerlik tayyorlov kurslari,raqamli transformatsiya, ota-ona bilan hamkorlik va monitoring tizimlari orqali ta’lim sifati va institut darajasidagi boshqaruvsamaradorligini oshirish yo‘llari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Mavzuga doir milliy hujjatlar va xalqaro tajribalar asosida takliflar ishlabchiqiladi.
