Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу экспортной активности пищевой промышленности Узбекистана вконтексте её производственного потенциала. Исследование охватывает период 2010–2023 гг. и включаетсопоставление динамики экспорта по категориям (пищевые продукты, напитки, животная продукция) с индексамипродовольственного производства. На основе расчётов темпов роста, удельных показателей и коэффициентакорреляции выявлено отсутствие устойчивой связи между ростом внутреннего производства и объёмамиэкспорта. Это позволяет сделать вывод о наличии структурных и институциональных ограничений, сдерживающихразвитие экспортной ориентации отрасли, и сформулировать рекомендации по повышению эффективностивнешнеторговой стратегии.
